Geneva Coach Galbreath Suffers Stroke
Geneva College women’s basketball coach Ron Galbreath is recuperating after recently suffering a stroke. Galbreath, who has 633 career wins in a 36-year coaching career, has spent the last six seasons at Geneva. Galbreath, 67, coached five seasons at Clarion and 25 at Westminster before coming to Geneva.

Nardi, the Blackhawk High School graduate and junior guard for the Golden Tornadoes, suffered an ankle injury in preparation for the National Christian College Athletic Association Tournament, which runs from Tuesday through Thursday in Oakland City, Ind. Geneva accepted an at-large bid to the eight-team tournament last week.

Washington & Jefferson College senior Kaitlyn Orstein capped her illustrious career with one last NCAA Division III swimming championship.
