When Hannah Hunter decided to play basketball at Waynesburg University four years ago, it was like purchasing stock in Microsoft or Apple in 1985 - a risky proposition with room for growth, but few expected it to be profitable.

Westminster 73, Wash & Jeff 60: Ben Donlow scored 22 points, grabbed 11 rebounds and made three of Westminster's 10 three-point field goals the Titans defeated visiting Washington & Jefferson 73-60 in a Presidents'' Athletic Conference game.

Westminster sophomore guard Courtney Zitt, a Latrobe High School graduate, was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week as she helped the Titans go 2-0 by averaging 15.0 points and 8.5 rebounds a game.

Grove City senior swimmer Nick Hamilton, a Moon High School graduate, was named the Presidents' Athletic Conference Men's Swimmer/Diver of the Week as he won three individual freestyle events and was part of a winning relay team in a victory over Wooster.
